Peace of Mind Preventative Cleaning and Maintenance Plan

If you sign up for our Basic Plan, once every two years, we test all electrical, drainage, and refrigeration systems using an industry-recommended 14-pt. Inspection checklist. We'll also power-wash the fan, coils, and housing components of indoor and outdoor units. 

Our Premium Plan combines preventative system checks with a Deep Clean and 14 pt Inspection on your final visit. Every six months, we wipe down all indoor units, clean the dust filters and add mold-inhibitor tablets. We clean debris from the outdoor unit, check lineset insulation pipes and check for air flow restriction. On the final visit, we perform a Deep Clean and 14 pt Inspection of all units, as offered in our Basic Plan, to give your system a clean bill of health. We manage all appointments and reminders in our system, so we will contact you when it’s time for your next visit. Don’t worry and let us do all the work!
