Thurston Energy just recently announced a great new $1500.00 rebate for homes heated with propane, wood or oil heat interested in converting over to a Ductless Heat Pump! Mobile homes using electric heat are also eligible and rental homes may even qualify.
And, the even bigger news is that this Thurston Energy rebate can be added on top of Puget Sound Energy’s Program which allows $800 for homes in this same category.
That is $2300 in savings when you install a new Ductless Heat Pump System!
What’s the catch? The rebate applies to single zone Ductless Heat Pumps that are installed before May 30th, 2015. There are a limited amount of funds available for this program, so it is possible that the program will end earlier. You will also need a qualifying home energy audit prior to the installation, (PSE’s free HomePrint™ qualifies).
If you have oil heat and have been bemoaning those folks with electric heat getting the big $1200 rebate from PSE, this is your chance to pull the trigger and save even more than you imagined you could. Tired of hauling in wood or paying rising propane costs? Time to make the call and go Ductless.
As always, Alpine Ductless can also offer you financing options for your remaining balance, including 6 months same as cash.
Remember, the PSE rebate is around for the year, but the Thurston Energy rebate lasts only until May 30th, or while funding lasts, so call us today for a fee, no obligation, in-home estimate.
