Tacoma Public Utility has just recently announced a change to their rebate program for ductless heat pumps that will take place starting April 1, 2014.
This is great news as it expands the program to include incentives for people using not only electric resistance heat but also electric forced air furnaces. Also included in those qualifying for incentives are manufactured homes. And finally, multi zone systems will qualify also.
These changes mean even more people can take advantage of the greatincentivesavailable when switching over to a ductless heat pump system for the home.
